The University North Park development consists of approximately 600 acres of various retail and discount shopping centers such as Target, Office Depot, Kohl’s, Circuit City, Embassy Suites and Convention Center, etc. SMC is currently involved with the site development work including site layout, parking areas, public roadway improvements, signalization, landscaping, irrigation, water distribution systems, sanitary sewer extensions, storm water management, erosion controls, drainage system design and buildings pad construction in coordination with various architectural firms.
