The OSBP building was completed in 2013. Designed by Krittenbrink Architecture, Inc. is one of the most energy efficient buildings on the State Capital campus. The building uses ultra-high efficiency geothermal heating, ventilation and air conditioning. SMC provided title work, survey, and basic civil site design.
