Wheeler is the next great urban neighborhood, inspiring redevelopment of long-neglected neighborhoods in downtown Oklahoma City. It is a 150 acre mixed-use development known for the old Downtown Airpark and the Ferris wheel that was erected in 2016 on the south riverbank.
Phase one is under construction and SMC is currently working on Phase Two civil designs. SMC is providing construction plans for drainage & paving design, water and sanitary sewer layout and coordinating one-on-one with Developer and Builder to ensure client’s needs are met.
