Sooner Rose Shopping Center is located in Midwest City which is home to Tinker Air Force Base and one of Oklahoma’s largest employers. This development consists of approximately 40 acres of various retail and entertainment venues. Currently Hobby Lobby, Academy Sports, and BankFirst; with Burlington opening soon. Phases 2 and 3, which include Warren Theatre and Andy Altitude, are scheduled to be complete Spring of 2019.
As the principal Civil Engineer, SMC planned and engineered the master site development work including site layout, parking areas, public and private street designs, water distribution systems, sanitary sewer extensions, storm water management controls, underground & above ground storm water detention systems and buildings pad construction in coordination with various architectural firms.
