The project consisted of designing the 676 spaces parking area, internal street system including site lighting and a stormwater drainage and detention pond. The project construction was sequenced around an operational gaming facility. The project was funded with USDOT Indian Reservation Road Program for the Absentee Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma. The federal agencies such as FHWA and BIA reviewed and approved the project. The construction work was completed in accordance with the ODOT standards and specifications.
