Since its establishment in the early 1950’s, various phases of Norman Regional Hospital were completed by SMC during 80’s and 90’s. SMC was and still remains the prime Civil Engineering Consultant for Norman Regional Hospital. Recently, several expansions projects were completed which consist of building expansions, addition of parking area to such expansions, sidewalks, water, sewer, landscaping, irrigation and storm improvement works for the New Cancer Care Center, Emergency Room and the Women’s Lifestyle Center.
All Permitting with Local, State and Federal agencies was coordinated through SMC.
